[BUG] Heatmap colorbar ticks with many digits get clipped

Working in Jupyter, heatmap colorbar tick labels can be clipped when they have many digits. It seems mainly to be a problem for negative values. Here's a simple example: heatmap((rand(128,512) .- 0.5)*0.001,size=(800,200)) Image:
