[BUG] Innacurate Drawing Of Some Chart Elements using GR and PlotlyJS backends

Some chart elements looks bad using Plots with GR and PlotlyJS backends: image

Julia 1.8.1 Plots 1.33.0 GR 0.67.0

UPD: Plotting using PlotlyJS backend also outputs the same artifacts.
