matplotlib API change blocked CI.

This PR CI blocked due to pythonplot use the deprecated method as this topic mentioned.

ERROR: LoadError: Python: AttributeError: 'GrouperView' object has no attribute 'join'

matplotlib API changed since version 3.6.
