I believe that we now require Julia 1.6; see #176.

Is there are reason we should try to be compatible with older versions?

If so, we should probably add this into the testing pipeline.

Julia >= 1.6 might also become an MPI.jl requirement: https://github.com/JuliaParallel/MPI.jl/pull/513#issuecomment-949024212
