Wizard recipe: QuEST-v3.5.0

This pull request contains a new build recipe I built using the BinaryBuilder.jl wizard:

  • Package name: QuEST
  • Version: v3.5.0

Hi, I would also like to make another build for different variants/properties. here. For example, the shared library with CUDA and precision 4 or MPI and precision 2`. But I don't know how to push it to YGGDRASIL.

Or should I manually make the folders like this? image

QuEST 3.7.0 was added last year in https://github.com/JuliaPackaging/Yggdrasil/pull/7800, so closing this PR.
