Embed dynamic package count

I am not as familiar with web development as I should be, but it would be awesome to figure out how to imbed a dynamic package count (just cause we can).

https://pkg.julialang.org/docs/ has a correct count at the bottom of the page.

With the new pkg server stuff, we should be able to get per package stats. I know the pkg folks are thinking about publishing these.
