Add channels for patch testing releases?

Any plans to add patch testing releases as channels in the future?

As the last patch release (1.10.1) has demonstrated, regressions can still get through. I think getting these testing releases available as channels would improve accessibility and encourage more testing, leading to higher quality releases.

Very much!

There are two steps required here:

1. The release team needs to build these kind of versions and publish them in the central versions.json file, just like other releases.
2. We need to think a bit about channels names here and add them.

Step 2 should bey very little work, and even without that these versions would be available in Juliaup once 1) is done by their full name. So for now I think there isn't really anything to be done on the Juliaup side of things.

Would juliaup start suggesting updating to the patch prerelease version? Is that desired?
