Bumping dependencies

We have some packages that are holding back ImageCore 0.10:

  • [X] Noise.jl
  • [ ] DemoCards.jl: https://github.com/JuliaDocs/DemoCards.jl/pull/147
  • [ ] ImageEdgeDetection.jl

I noticed this while trying to update to Images 0.26 as pointed out in #1040.

@ashwani-rathee, care to try upgrading ImageEdgeDetection?

I would repeat this request. Wasn't able to add ImageEdgeDetection because of dependency conflict with ImageBase and Makie. Makie is already v0.26 and it is restricted by ImageEdgeDetection to v.0.1.7 which noone would revert back. @timholy @ashwani-rathee
