Some of the extra capabilities of this package need documentation. One example can be found at https://github.com/JuliaImages/Images.jl/issues/610.

I couldn't find any official documentation on the keyword argument mapi for save.

That's also one of the reasons I hate ImageMagick, but there should be environment-dependent issues due to poor compatibility of ImageMagick 6. Where should the known issues of ImageMagick itself (i.e. not ImageMagick.jl) and their workarounds be aggregated?
