[feature] ForceAtlas2 layout algorythm

The ForceAtlas2 layout algorithm designed for Gephi software is well suited to large graphs. This might be a good addition to existing (random_layout, circular_layout, spring_layout, shell_layout, stressmajorize_layout, spectral_layout).
