Added cross reference to explicit signal connect to make it easier for newbies to use 'row-activated'

Since I had the issue myself in #405 and there doesn't seem to be any link between the rendered documentation and the /doc folder figured this might help future users. (might be an idea to add the (doc folder to the manual in any case? or at least as a "further reading link?)

D'accord, is there a place where I can find out which parts are fully obsolete and which ones are still useful (e.g. the explicit signal_connect?) Then I'd try my hand and merging in the useful bits and delete the rest

i would just start with the one you wanted to link to. Just make a new page and integrate that.
