Add @doc strings

Thoughts:

• Compat.jl does not support @doc, so this might have to wait until Julia 0.3 support is dropped.
• It might be worth writing a tool to scape the majority of documentation from glfw.h. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it will save a lot of manual copy-pasting.
