I think that they should read:

cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/Avian/Bundles/
git clone https://github.com/JuliaLang/Julia.tmbundle.git

But I'm not sure. The bundle doesn't work in the TextMate folder, and I think that it's because it uses some new TM2 features. Documentation for TM2 stinks.
