Do you have plans to support Schörkhuber et al's CQT (both forward and backward)?

It's not in the plans, but it could be an interesting addition. However, the license they used for their code is not compatible with ours, so we cannot simply translate their MATLAB code. If you're interested in coming up with a Julia implementation from scratch, based only on their papers, we will definitely consider its inclusion (either to this library or as a separate library under the JuliaDSP organization).
