femtocleaner run status

How does one tell if femtocleaner has responded to a request? I've added it to two packages and I'm not sure if I've done it wrong or if I'm waiting in a queue for jobs to be run.

changing the REQUIRE to julia 0.7 triggered femtocleaner immediately. Adding it to the repo and adding a "Run femtocleaner" issue did not.

I've installed femtocleaner and configured to track one repo. None of the three "triggers" appear to have any immediate effect. It has been over 14 hours since I did the installation (the first "trigger"). At least ten minutes since I tried the other two.

Edit: It has been over a day since I carried out the three triggers. Still no PR.
