InExact Error on constructing a two dimensional complex valued function in some spaces

ApproxFun results in "InExact Error" whenever we try to construct a 2D complex-valued function in an ultraspherical or Legendre space. It works well in Chebyshev space. However, all spaces work well for 1D complex-valued functions.
