Multiclass ROC and Interfacing with LightHouse.jl

During a discussion on Slack, it came up that https://github.com/beacon-biosignals/Lighthouse.jl offers some facilities for computing multiclass classification metrics. I'm openening this issue so that this can maybe be considered (e.g. afaiu they have pairwise ROC which another user asked for).
