Marked functions via JSDoc @ignore + @deprecated tags

Even with @hide or @ignore the functions still seem to show up in auto-complete on my end, though - Not sure what that's about

Thanks for doing this! I'll need to take a deeper look before merging this in. I'll also check up on autocomplete behaviour at the same time.
