Add some latency to listener to prevent Claymore's local proxy detection

Claymore ( v11 ) gives messages about detection of local proxy. There are two ways, it could detect local proxy, one would be checking IP address ( which fake wan etc solutions could work) second would be ( I'm imagining ) checking latency during mining flow, especially initial connection state ( like pinging a sever , local servers will be faster to ping ). So, it is possible to add some latency to proxy would prevent this detection ( and possible Claymore punishment )
