[Bug]: High CPU usage

Describe the bug

Enabling the plugin makes Obsidian CPU usage jumps from 1-5% to 30%+

Expected Behavior

To not cause high cpu usage

Steps to reproduce

  1. Notice CPU usage before installing the plugin
  2. Install and enable the plugin
  3. You get higher CPU usage

Operating system

Windows

What features have you enabled, and what is the plugin version and obsidian version?

1.10 -> Plugin 1.4.14 -> Obsidian Everything by default, I didn't change any setting
