Need to click the sleep button and then wake up

Some times i need to click the sleep button and then wake up，so that the mouse and keyboard can work normal。The same for type-c to HDMI display，must click the sleep button first and then wake up it can works well.

It does happen to me occasionally but only when it boots up and most of the time has been restarted from Windows. I have not yet found the cause it seems somewhat random and therefore have not been able to fix it either.
