Update to 2.0beta master?

Do you think it's feasable to update the fork with the upstream changes of 2.0 while retaining the faster startup times? :)

Hi there. I don't think the different commits between this and upstream are very compatible. Besides, both projects are dead. I, for one, don't intend to revive it.

So I can only suggest you look at some of the other awesome text editors out there. Sublime, Kate, etc.
