[Meta] Upstream issues that are fixed in OTE

The following features are added:

• #307 - Gutter Bookmark On Click
• • Note: OTE has bookmarks but they are not hooked up into Notepadqq's UI.
• #497 - Ligature font support?
• #542 - Allow user to choose specific font, instead of generic font.
• #756 - Feature request: disable line numbers
• • Note: Feature exists in OTE, but isn't hooked into Nqq's UI.
• #758 - Column mode accessible with keyboard
• #787 - Setting to disable drag and drop text move
• #724 - Feature requests: cursor blink rate and line highlighting
• #444 - Move view with Ctrl + Up/Down
• #743 - Track line edits on open files as in KDE Kate

The following bugs are either confirmed fixed (or very likely to be fixed due to their specific nature).

• https://github.com/notepadqq/notepadqq/issues/306 - Cannot make 'home' key go to beginning of line with a single press
• • Note: This is a change in default behavior. Probably needs a switch so we can have "smart" cursor movement as well.
• #365 - "Show all symbols" does a line break
• #368 - Extreme lag when dragging some text
• #415 - Wrong DPI on Retina screen (was: can't follow the system synchronization Zoom)
• #466 - Markdown syntax hilighting doesn't always work
• #510 - Can't copy nbsp
• • Note: nbsp shows up fine in 'Show All Characters'. Not sure if it's actually accepted as a nbsp.
• #416 - Selected content replaced with a minus sign ater copying it with right click menu and pasting on another software or tab.
• #576 - Scroll bars difficult to see
• #496 - Segmentation fault in Ubuntu 17.10
• #460 - randomly closing
• #464 - Opening large files does not work
• • Note: Works to a degree. I could open a 220MiB file (1 million lines!) but it took ~40 seconds to do so. "Smaller" files of ~20MiB open near instantly.
• #653 - Some weird hang ups when in markdown mode
• #527 - support supplementary (4-byte utf-8) characters
• #660 - Accents in Portuguese
• #593 - After the update "Segmentation fault" error
• #722 - Bug (cosmetic): Bold text is invisible when viewing Markdown with Solarized
• #323 - High DPI displays not supported
• #405 - QWebEngine: Resizing window is sluggish
• #772 - Double-click highlight-all does not work on words with accented characters
