kubed takes longer than --resync-period to create replicate secrets

Same issue for me, with lot a CPU consumed

Secret not found if its name has more than 64 characters.

It seem that having configmaps or secret with more than 64 characters create a huge increase in the cpu consumption.

template_dir doesn't skip hidden files

Any chance to have a fix for this soon ?
