Hello, I am not able to download the application, your web resource is not available.

Go to: http://www.etx.ca/products/windows-applications/duckdns-update-client/ and search for zip, rar or exe download.

I can't open the link. It is problem with a web server or host.

It works fine for me, very likely your firewall settings or something else blocking it.
