Stopped running after Java Runtime Environment update

I just updated the JRE on my Windows 10 machine to 8.171 (the latest, as of today) and DuckDNS now says it needs JRE 1.0.0 to continue running. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem with OpenJDK 11. What env variable do I need to set?
