Tables that contain HTML/links break

Problem

Tables are used quite a lot in the forums, proposals and governance in general. Currently when HTML, such as links are used within tables it breaks formatting. This seems like probably quite a small problem to fix which would help with governance and communication quite a bit. A lot of governance users create their posts in Notion and then copy/paste it into Pioneer to post.
