As I understand this comment on Carthage we only show currently active applications - without the counter for withdrawn. cc @dmtrjsg So in above illustration 6/10 0/10 means 6 of 10 applied with applicants being 6 at a hiring.limit of 10. hiring.current is 0 until the opening is closed or if no one got hired.

I don't think #3860 really addresses this issue. But it's still a good fix.

@dmtrjsg is the goal here adding the adding the "Applicant limit" and "Hires limit" or is it already in the form ?
