Runtime: NFT sale license changes/conditions

Problem

This is a very open ended question/problem--when an NFT is sold what are the license/ownership considerations? This currently isn't stated.

Solution

1. It could be possible to have the runtime adjust the license of an NFT upon it selling. For example an NFT could have a very restrictive license and upon sale the license could change to something far more permissive.
2. An easier, but possibly more complex option may be to draft up some modifications of something like Creative Commons licenses and state more explicity what the sale of the NFT means in terms of ownership
