CLI: add weight and length information to fee analysis command.

Would be very useful i trying to profile transactions a bit more broadly, or for example trying to reason about what mix and magnitude of transactions fit in a block under various length and weight constraints. Not strictly needed for mainnet, but just adding label because it may be useful in putting out some information about properties of the chain around launch.
