FM Program/JSSv3: Very rough sketch/outline of the most basic views of data

This step should be taken before any form of database access is started.

These will be very rough and basic deliberately--purely to ensure that all parties have a good understanding of how the multiple data sources should be unified in one central place.

• [ ] Sketch out a very basic view of the general overview (council terms)
  • [ ] A very brief bullet point list of what data should be shown
  • [ ] A very basic draft of what visuals should accompany
• [ ] Sketch out a very basic view of what the UI should be able to access.
  • [ ] A very basic view of what one individual WG would show
  • [ ] A very basic view of what one novel feature (such as NFTs or Bounties) would encompass)
• [ ] Sketch out or possible just very brief notes on how a distinct user would be presented.
