Every single runtime upgrade and some other minor upgrades break tons of stuff.

• [ ] Agree on a scope for each script and try to plan ahead of time to deal with upgrades
• [ ] Ensure the list of all scripts/queries includes what tool is used for generation - so that we can easily produce a distinct list of known upcoming changes and adjust tools based upon impact
