Idea: forum twitter bot - WIP

Our project isn't discussed much on Twitter, a bot that shows forum posts might be good.

Ideas:

• Go through post with a script and use hashtags relevant to writing (#governance #DAO)
• Use forum reaction amount to trigger post
• Have some form of voting in Discord to trigger the post getting tweeted
• Have a manual trigger from trusted users to tweet forum posts
