Idea: Status page/website

We have several things like query nodes and other off-chain services (query nodes, bots, storage and distributor network) that we have no way of monitoring currently.

Something like this: https://discordstatus.com/

It should be hosted independent of other infrastructure, so that it can provide a status in the event of downtime for users.
