Bounty Idea - Diagrams to explain platform

The goal of this is to produce some diagrams/infographics that visually explain how Joystream as a platform works, this includes things like the election process, proposal system and working groups system.

The reason for having these diagrams are numerous, but two key targets would be:

• Newcomers to the platform who are interested in actively participating in the council/working groups
• Newcomers to the platform who will only be using it as a video service. Although they may not participate in DAO activities, explaining how it works in simple, visual terms is a good objective to have.

Council:

• explain council election terms/cycles
• explain concept of delegated voting via council elections
• explain council election stake system
• explain vote quorum / proposal types
• explain announce/vote/reveal purpose briefly

Proposals:

• explain proposal system
• explain unique proposal types (constitution)
• explain minting + budgets
• explain that anyone can make a proposal

WGs

• explain the various WGs
• explain WG + lead system
• explain WG hiring process
• explain WG firing process
• explain regular worker payments
