Pretty channel links

Background

A creator has asked about having nice looking channel links, so instead of gleev.xyz/channel/25965 they want gleev.xyz/channel/cryptobullseye, this is to make links more approachable and friendly for sharing.

Proposal

Not clear how to handle this, as it gets into nuacnes about channelname rules and immutability, but should be reviewed at some point, this is not hte first time this remark has been made.
