CRTs: Show revenue within last n days and also show outstanding revenue

Description

Problem

The current system only seems to show the total accrued revenue of a channel regardless of whether there has been a revenue share or not.

Solution

• An investor will want to know how much revenue is currently outstanding/in the actual revenue account
• An investor will want to see how much revenue a CRT has accrued within recent history--a CRT that is getting 1k $JOY/revenue per day is vastly different to one that is getting the same amount but only per month.
