Make token holder status retrieve query

Context

In the GUI there are Token Master and Token Expert levels which are incentivised with opportunity to get featured on the marketplace. RN there is no way to actually look up the ids of channels who reached this status

Scope

Add this field to Orion updated based on runtime events (token updated, token AMM started, rev share started) and make it possible to look up via query The request should ideally include the date range which we are interested in status changes The response should ideally include the timestamp / date when status was updated

If dates are hard to implement just a spot list of tokens with their corresponding statuses would do for the time being
