Idea: Simplify noficiations drop down

I was expecting to see lots of notifications, did not find them, and did not know how to find the screen with all notifications listed. Turns out this was hidden under this hamburger menu.

I think we are unlikely to need to expand the number of actions in this list, so its better to lift all these actions as icon buttons into the main notifications drop down, where the explainer is only shown as a tooltip, and otherwise we just show the icon.
