Improvements for Gleev logs

TLDR

Running issue that aims to collect a list of improvement for metric used in the distributor and storage elastic search dashboard.

Details

• [ ] Selecting fields distributorUrl.keyword in the Elastic search logs still reveals the storage operator endpoints, however now these can be filtered out. This amounts to set the correct log event in the Atlas codebase
• [ ] Maybe convert download speed to Mbps to better reflect OKR units of measure
