Scope

• [ ] Most recent Verified creators carousel
• [ ] Display ~top~ most recently authorised 30 creators desc by date authorised
• [ ] Tooltip: What does it mean to get verified?

"Verification process is based on simple conditions, all of which need to be fulfilled to get verified:

• Joystream channel avatar, cover, title and description is properly set.
• YT channel is at least 3 months old.
• YT channel has at least 10 videos, all published at least 1 month ago
• YT channel has at least 50 followers
