Installs on Ubuntu (24.04 LTS) and maybe other Linux distros with Helm v3.10.1 are missing the yq binary

I've created https://github.com/JovianX/helm-release-plugin/pull/32 to address this but on Mac, and a currently unknown version of Helm this behaviour doesn't occur and yq is present but on the version of Ubuntu and Helm as in the description the plugin installs without any noticeable error however the step to install/fetch yq has failed and so the yq binary is absent and running any of the release plugin commands results in an error.
