i intalled package from composer composer require .. , when i import by migrations the archive "migrations.xml" as mention in intrucions app/console doctrine:migrations:migrate --configuration=vendor/jjs/geonames-bundle/JJs/GeonamesBundle/migrations.xml the archive is not in route, and i searched in package

Unfortunately this feature does not seem to be supported yet. But you could use the normal php app/console doctrine:schema:update .
