[BUG] No UI in Ableton11 on Macos

Hey. I'm running Ableton Live Suite 11.0.12 on Macos Mojave 10.14.6 with Intel cpu and after installing and running DeepGliss all i see is a blank black window with grey lines. I can tweak various parameters via ableton's plugin menu but they didn't alter the sound in any way.

Thanks for reporting this. I am guessing this is related to the display issues some other users have reported, in which part of the plugin UI is chopped off or cropped poorly. I will investigate these issues in #22.
