Specs of PC need to run this code as is?

Hi I was wondering if I could get a break down of the system requirements need to run this code out of the box? I am interested in confirming the amount of RAM needed? I think I have seen you say 30GB to be able to load all the videos? If that is true, is there any way to lower that and want would be the minimum you think I could get away with running it on?
