[24.04] Rock 5A Settings Windows / Controls Become Unresponsive

Not sure how to describe this ...

Rock 5A and Radxa Display 10 FHD with fully updated 24.04.

Via direct screen / touch or via RDP or sometimes via both ... sometimes ... When manipulating the Settings windows / controls it just stops accepting input. Can touch the control and nothing happens. Can click the control with a connected Bluetooth mouse and nothing happens. Can connect via RDP and click on it via that mouse ... nothing happens.

Cannot close the settings window via normal window close, but can if I get it to an app overview and close the window via the big X.

Cannot select a drop down and get the choices (Power Settings ... Display Sleep after x-minutes for example, or Audio to select the audio source or Display settings to set the screen rotation).

Sometimes when it is in this state I can fix it from RDP. Sometimes it happens during RDP. Sometimes I cannot fix it at al even with closing the Settings app and restarting.

And of course when I go to take a video it works fine.

It eventually comes back but I don't think I have figured out what I did to recover it. Will continue to pay attention and will provide any additional troubleshooting information I can provide as I can.
