Did you run the following 2 commands?

sudo u-boot-install-mtd sudo ubuntu-rockchip-install /dev/nvme0n1

Same issue on Orangepi 5 plus with ubuntu 24.04. ubuntu has installed on emmc.

nvme0n1 will works very short time(about 1 minute) after reboot
