NPC's that are related to physics in any way are broken

The moment the turret tries to shoot, it falls and dies. Manhacks became just stupidly slow. Scanners seem to be absolutly disoriented, they do backflips and bumb into walls. Rollermines dont roll. Combine Mines cant fling themselves towards the player.

hunter choppers and gunships also sometimes fail for no reason, since sometimes they work and sometimes they don't dropships also sometimes freeze in mid-air
