Allow trimming of all characters inside quotes

Currently the escape, quote, delimiter, and line ending characters are not allowed as whitespace characters. Theoretically these characters could be trimmed only inside of quotes.

Instead of throw an exception when those characters are set a whitespace, create 2 lists of whitespace characters to trim. An outside quote list would have these special characters removed. An inside quote list would contain all characters. It looks like the only characters allowed would be the delimiter and the line endings. Quote and escape can't be used because the field ending couldn't be detected.
