EPIC Login not working (info)

Hi,

I know this was already a discussed issue, but i have some new info,

I can't login on either playnite and Hero launcher, playnite fails after doing the image security thing like it was discussed, hero launcher asks for the code on my phone, gives no error, but doesn't login. In both the alternative login doesn't work, same message as it was discussed.

I then uninstalled hero and downloaded the portable version, well in the portable version i was able to login, i didn't even had to reintroduce the login, i guess it didn't uninstalled some config files and used those, no error, no waiting, immediately logged in.

What does this mean? i have no idea, maybe someone can figure out why the login works in the portable version. Maybe some broken windows security things I was prompted by smartscreen with the portable version.

I get this:

When trying to login to Epic, and it's not logged in.

Also, alternative authentication, the code is null. So both ways are failed.

Same issue here. Incorrect response after answering CAPTCHAs. Alternative Authentication returns null, using Firefox (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:143.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/143.0)

There is workaround, open EGS app, login, click on your username and choose manage account and then alternative authentication will work.
